I drop it all the time and it is still going strong. It connected well with both phones. I have had this bluetooth ear piece for at least 2 years. I use it with a T-Mobile Dash phone. Another Pro about this item is that it is easily interchangeable between left and right ear, so if you get tired of having it on one side during a long drive, you could easily flip it to the other side quickly (even while in the middle of a conversation). It is light weight, so it doesn't bother you too much for long conversations. Before this phone, I used it with a Razor.
I'm surprised the price has not dropped at all for this item (although I can understand why as it is a quality product). It is durable. Occasionally, you have to turn the ear piece on and off a few times before the phone finds it and connects, don't know if that is an issue with my phone, the ear piece, or just bluetooth in general. The battery lasts a long time, after several years of use, the battery still goes several days between charges (with a couple hours of conversation and the rest of the time on standby, takes approx 2 hours to charge fully). It is easy to pair up and the initial code for set up is 1234. I bought it 2+ years ago at a Sam's Club for $25. I highly recommend this item.
Oh.on a good note, the item works well. So needless to say, since the hard plastic of the shipped item had been cut and opened, I can't agree with this seller that the item was new.
The seller said that it was "new" but the item had been opened so I really don't know if it was actually new or if they cleaned it up to make it look nice. The product came in a timely fashion.
They actually tried to make it look new by covering it with shrink wrap, but when I opened it and went through the pages it had been marked in on several pages. I gave three stars mainly for this reason.
In the past I had a seller send a "new" book that wasn't new at all. Sorry.
I have not had problems with it yet.
I couldn't keep it on my ear it didn't hook on very well and I lost it like two days after I started using it. I am switching to a motorola device, a bluetooth speaker that clips on to my car and is hands free.
I like how this Motorola headset fits. It is more cumbersome, but has much louder volume. Even at the max setting.
But I guess that's part of the problem. C) I've been told that people couldn't hear me very well when I used the H350. Very noninvasive.
Granted, the cab of my vehicle is rather loud. A) It feels cheap. B) It does not have sufficient volume.
I have since moved on to the Plantronics Voyager 510. Also, I'm now told the Plantronics "sounds" like I'm on the phone, rather than speaking into a headset.
This item works very well and I am happy with the performance. I would recomend to others.
